Do you mean the bottom row of slots is filled with completed product? Because if that’s the case you have to empty the completed products before you can make more.

You should be able to click on them to move stacks into your inventory. As soon as there is an output slot free your production should start right up

thats the thing, it is indeed filled with completed product but they are invisible and i can't drag them to my inventory. When i try to drag the seemingly empty slot to my inventory it shows the previously completed product on my mouse but when i drag it to my inventory, it does nothing.

That area has had trouble since inception, graphics settings might affect it for sure. The lighting in that area doesn't exist and chars are always dark, at one stage it had white pixels on it.

There is nothing in them they are empty. You can build a new crafter and place it then click to drag the "invisible" items out of it and it will show items even though it is empty and you have never used it.

I submitted a ticket out of concern for the individual. Said ticket hasn't been responded to other than the automated "we got it" stuff.

Is there a more direct avenue for something like this in case it was an emergency of some sort?
