IMO the fastest way is to just use the buzzy jar. Run around south bahari and if it isn't on the map change servers.

Between the hideaway the pulsewater TP you can probably check most of south bahari in like under a minute if there are no bugs at all.

And it's not too bad to catch 5 stonehoppers if there are some.

So far, I'm liking it more than I expected.
Most of my MMO experience has been with Guild Wars 2, PlanetSide and PlanetSide 2.

In Bahari Bay, you will see rocks with blue shiny stuff in them. They're kinda rare, some days you will find lots and some days you will find none. Make sure to call it out and flare when you find one ;)

Did you notice how sometimes when mining a pink-purple centipede pops out? Catch it and it will give you silk threads. Blue grasshoppers also give it (all rare/epic bugs do)

When chopping trees in Kilima sometimes golden glory bees will pop out, those also give silk. In Bahari, Bahari bees pop out of trees which are not considered rare so they don't give you silk
