Omg yes! One time we were having a little staycation at a local hotel and their grounds were overrun with prairie dogs. This non-local lady was entranced by them. Yeah, the only real benefit to using Epic or Steam (when that's available later this year) is tracking how long you've played Palia... as a general rule, I try not to track just how long I've played a MMO

One thing I've seen in Palia that I haven't seen in other farming sims is the idea of intermingling your crops. It actually pulls from real-life, too; in some cases, it's actually really beneficial to grow certain crops together instead of just doing a monoculture of rows of corn or whatever.

Witchweed can rob nutrients and moisture by tapping directly into the host's root system. This could be beneficial if added for those to have non-quality fruit and vegetables, to produce seeds, now say the person had run into misfortune or some other technical difficulties, you can supply those seeds.

...horrible thought...Pekis implemented as a "crop". it takes a full plot like an apple tree spawns a little hut they rest in and you harvest eggs somewhat regularly. The final harvest give you some poultry to cook. 😛

Just google the bundle you need. And then every item itself needs googling. Because you will need to fish, hunt bugs, cook/fid recipes. You won't do it in a day especially because you are new. You will need worms and glow worms a lot of them. So just play the game doesn't sell all items keep at least one for when you might need for a bundle, and that's that 😊

I've noticed a change since the new temple was added - they are not as rare as they used to be and several can spawn in throughout the dawn and day, even allowing multiple on the map. I got two practically next to each other and a third fairly nearby, all showing on the buzzy jar at the same time. Unfortunately none of them were starred...but 3 in a matter of 2 mins was certainly a surprise!

First, because it would be pretty damn hard to accidentally add code that makes those specific entities spawn with a flow grove, as opposed to accidentally dividing a timer by a wrong value. Second, because having a rare magical animal (that is rare and magical because of flow) spawn in a magical tree grove that's also magical because of flow, makes narrative sense. A kitsuu spawning extra items has no narrative explanation. Third, because a programmer had to explicitly define these four specific bugs and two specific animals to spawn, that by total accident happen to have overlap with bundle requirements, and grant rare achievements people have been complaining are hard to get. On the other hand, the kitsuu giving extra items does not contribute to anything, although one could argue it might have been deliberate in order to increase the perceived value of the bundle reward that people have also complained about.
