Lol
The 75-300 isn't an amazing lens, but the 70-300 is a good lens, I'd recommend that one
Like this one
If you had to get one of the ones you showed, the 55-250 is the better of the two
The 75-300 is hot garbage
Paying for better glass pays off
@glad juniper
Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM telephoto zoom lens in excellent like new condition. Auto focus. Two modes of image stabilization - up to three stops of "shake" correction, and the "Mode 2" option stabilizes images while panning with a moving subject. $270 firm. Pick up in Port Perry or I could deliver to nearby areas (Oshawa/Whitby etc.)
If i remember correctly everyone said the 70-300 is better than the 75-300
Lens is 100% needed for sure
300 seems perfect for me
By far lol
So should i cop
Very
So to summarize @ionic orbit @glad juniper @mighty dew @random prism think i should get them?
this?
Along with the T7 abive
what cam u have now?
Canon SX430IS so anything is an upgrade 💀
yeah id say its a good deal
im not to qualified to make a decision tho
@glad juniper we need you
Fr lol
Is it worth spending several hundred quid more to get rh Z7 II instead of Z7 if its for aviation and nature photography only
Not really tbh, the 7 is a great rig
If you're gonna pixel peep then yeah, get the 7ii but if your not
Don't
depends, do you need the 600?
Bro summoned the camera God
For airshows, Whidbey and low level yes
Only problem I've got with the 600 is storage and how to carry it
so get the 80-400 now, and rent as you go for everything else
its sharper and faster
Thats what I like. I guess I'll sell my 70-300 to them and get the 80-400
Wouldn't need the 70-300 anymore
Got a basic 18-55. Imma buy a 24-70 by next month for close ups
or get my personal favorite, the 35-105 macro
50-60 bucks
the maco and non macro versions are the same lens, so it doesn't matter which you get
👀
potential buyer
Wait no
You use Nikon not canon
Nvm
Yea Nikon better
Tbf idrc if I can afford it
The Lumix DMC-FZ300K offers 4K video features and a Leica DC lens with 24X zoom and a bright F2.8 aperture across the entire zoom range. Plus capture moments with superb 4K imaging performance in both video and exclusive 4K PHOTO. Built into a Splash proof / dustproof body the Leica Lens offers 5...
@glad juniper bro is this not perfect dawg
ALSO DOES IT HAVE A 25-600MM LENS TF
Someone rename this to "ping maus about cameras"
Wait wtf, is this DSLR?
Is it actually a 600mm lens
524$??
Ohhh
I don't think it has interchangeable lens
But if it's got a 600 then i wouldn't need to change
Lefit lmfao
Thats what I'm wondering
Yeah but it's 600, i don't see myself consistently using it all
Don't bother with one
So buy 2 👀
Bridge cams are worthless if you can afford literally anything else
The only thing they're good for is being a waste of money
I need to waste my money on something
Real
Pog
Final set up now
R50
RF100-400
But if I can't afford that
EF-RF adapter with a cheaper EF lens
shoulda gone with nikon smh
Imma go with Panasonic 🗿
Cant wait fir Maus to show uo at my front door with an axe fir sayingg that
nah i wouldn't use an ax

It does fit perfectly
tbh that only really mattered for film
yeah
The rf 100-400 is slow as shit but it's reasonably sharp
Hii
ik its not really directly camera, but i picked up a nearly new hood for my konicas
for all of 20 bucks it came with everything but the box lol
Looks pretty good too
Looks nice
I think this is a better option cheaper and overall looks better
Nikon Z50:

Nikon vs Canon
Also about $150 cheaper
Do i dare ping the camera experts
Fuck it
<@&999464167864008795>
Who even has that role
Oh
Ok
With the 300mm?
They literally have the same exact score on the comparison 💀
Yea but nikon better overall
Yeah
It's also cheaper
Not that I can afford either yet
Well I just need 170 to afford the body
Ah ok
Now to figure out how to get it before july 3rd
Or according to MPB the 3th
30$ for shipping is ridiculous
I'd have to do 40$ to get it in time
i mean that is 6 day shipping from the east coast to the west coast lol
Decided to play it safe
Free 2 day shipping
EF 14-1200mm f/0.95 $788,888++
@glad juniper picked this up Instead for 50$ from dots
The guy there was super nice
Pog
Yes he let me try it on his camera lol
Didn't think to bring mine
It has some dust tho
Lucky none in the middle of the lens
again, that doesn't matter lol
you'll get dust in the lens even if you never take it out of the box
Yeah
I've been doing lens stuff for a long time now. Long time. Trust me; it's hard to remain polite the 843,911th time some newbie goes into hysterics because there's dust in their lens. Telling them it doesn't matter a bit, and that all their other lenses have dust they just can't see ( because different optics magnify [...]
How tf do you get a fly in a weather sealed lens
Wtf
https://www.verkkokauppa.com/fi/product/28260/Canon-ET-60-vastavalosuoja?gclid=CjwKCAjw44mlBhAQEiwAqP3eVsqYMEcia9VhsrNMKJPoB_umh1RjmyfdeVKhCBlVeefGGee3qG4tMBoC6nYQAvD_BwE
Might get this lens hood soon
<@&999464167864008795> is a polarizer worth getting?
Honestly no, I've got a few and I rarely use them
If you plan on shooting a lot of cars yeah they're helpful but not essential
Anyways I'm back on my cheap as shit binge
5 bucks
500 5.6 maybe?
Maybe
SL3 looks neat ngl <@&999464167864008795>
Yeah but it's a canon
Your stuck with shit lenses unless you buy third party or spend twice as much as the body on a single lens
I thought about that, but the 70-300 seems nice
<@&999464167864008795> what abt this with the SL3 tho
I don't "think" it should be too bad of an issue
My current camera has like 193mm and its doing ok at YYZ, YHM, YXU, and YOO so should be alright
But in terms of quality tho, would you says it good?
better than the 75-300 but worse than the 70-300
when I wake up properly I'll ask again
so im a goober with no mone and these are probably my best options for buying a camera, which of these 4 should i get (or atleast beg my parents to get)
look at the "WeSell" price rather than the other ones
as for lenses, try and get the 55-250
its leaps and bounds ahead of the 75-300 alternative
better ergo, better optics, better focus control
anything else youd suggest for a cheapskate beginner
not atm, the only thing i could reasonably suggest is buy another battery
alr
i mean im likely not gonna be planespotting but moreso just general camera usage
maybe a tripod? its not really necessary but its nice to have just in case
@glad juniper you gonna need a coca cola camera now
yeah but think of the memes
Yeah but think of my wallet
yeah but the memes
just another reason why you shoulda got it
Lmai
Good cameras for cheap ranging £50-250 for airport spotting?
So I know how much to save up
body and lens i take it?
Use my setup
Canon 550D with 75-300mm USM ii, I'm sure you could find a III for similar price
It's not amazing but it takes good pictures
300mm
75mm
I’m looking for a really good camera to replace my point and click which has good photos but I just need a new one, I need the body of the camera itself under 1k but what I’m looking for is an easy to use cam, super high quality, very fast shutter speed, can record video at a very high FPS and still has high quality and a digital screen that can flip outwards bc I wanna see what I’m taking a picture of in the sunlight bc I wanna take pics like these but like 5x better
Do you have a budget for lenses yet or nah
Idk maybe below 1k as well
Check out this item on OfferUp. https://offerup.co/1iATPxSRiCb
Yay or nay
Looks legit
Not a super fan of Nikon
Nothing against image quality or anything
Just the grip, it's weird to me
But for 400$ hmm
Is the 70-300mm better than canon 75-300?
I sent them a message
I guess now if I get this I'll have a random 75-300mm
Still has the lowlight problem but whatever
Canon EOS 80D 24.2MP DSLR Camera with EF 70-300mm telephoto zoom lens https://www.canon.ca/en/product?name=EOS_80D_&category=/en/products/Cameras/DSLR-Cameras/Advanced...
Good deal it looks like for anyone that could afford
Got a new film cam
Got to try out a T7i today
With a 75-300
@glad juniper would you say getting a Mirrorless is the way to go?
Like say the Canon R series fir example
Fair warning, In the mirrorless camera lens there are not a ton of telephoto zoom lens, from what I can find...granted I didn't look very hard
Canons 100-400 is 600$ tho
@glad juniper do you think they'd sell the 70-300 separate?
definitely ask
its craigslist after all lmao
Go to extremes with the world’s first* 22.2x ultra-telephoto all-in-one zoom. Introducing the world’s first ultra-telephoto all-in-one zoom lens for the APS-C format. With a focal length range of 18-400mm and 22.2x zoom, it has an ultra-telephoto range equivalent to 620mm in the 35mm format. This...
@glad juniper opinions?
it'll be violently soft on the extremes
Seems like a great all in one lens thats why
Would you say that its better that the Canon 75-300 tho?
@elder dome
Good deal in your area
No lens
75-300 is cheap but meh lens
70-300 is more but much better
Might be out of budget tho
I’m joining a photography club at erau and they have a whole collection of used cameras that they buy and resell to students so ima see what’s going on there
might be a scam idk
ok the first meeting isn’t until next week
💀
Actually that's not a bad deal lol
Embridiot
Like, that's a really good deal
Oml you need help
Buy it I dare you
I triple dog dare you
You have to now
nah i shoot everything there lol
and i'm still missing two cameras on top of that
💀
my sister is shooting my pentax p30t and my mom is gonna give me her F2AS at some point
and my grandfather is going to give me some cams and lenses in december
i'm doin pretty good rn
its not a lens
Yes a lens

You need help
This man Maus would make the perfect camera YouTuber
He's literally looking at cameras to buy online ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
nah i was looking to see if i was getting a good deal if i bought a really beat up one locally
Found a good deal for a k1000 film camera in good condition but seller hasn’t tested it, what do u people think
untested?
if its more than 40 bucks its not a great deal lol
esp if its just the body
It’s $50 but in person pickup so should I buy batteries and test it myself with the seller? However I don’t know much about film cameras
Does it come with a lens?
Also "untested" film cameras can mean anything lol
Almost all of them will dry fire and work but the low shutter speeds could be off or there's light leaks or the shutter curtain is damaged or the meter is cooked
Tested usually means "I ran a roll of film through it and the pics are fine"
Yea
Ok that's a start
Is the price sketchy?
No not at all
God damn it he doesn’t have the batteries
So test it right then and there I suppose..?
But I have little understanding of how film cameras work so lol
Yeah it's kinda hard to test on the spot tbh, sometimes the meters work but are off
And you won't know that unless you have one with a good meter
And its just a k1k, it will still work without batteries
You'll have to meter externally but it shouldn't be too hard
Do you know which lens it comes withk
i'm guessing by the camera case its in working condition and has been used a bit lol
50 bucks yeah i'd definitely jump on that
So what do u suggest I do if the meter is faulty
Negotiate a lower price and have it repaired?
if the meter is faulty bring it up and offer 40
but no i wouldn't get it repaired
too much money to get a meter replaced
if your gonna spend that much money to get it working again, buy a working one
Just picked it up, meter is working which I’m glad because that was my main concern
But it might need some adjustments because the exposure counter is at 0 and the lever won’t move
Wdym
The frame counter is stuck and it displays -2
No luck
seems like a easy repair I’ll look into it sometime https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=tDWsJnN8PbU&pp=ygUbRml4IG9sZCBjYW1lcmEgamFtbWVkIGsxMDAw

@glad juniper how do i get pics from my ded canon to my phone?
Oh phew 10 not 1000
Its the basis for stupid scope v.2
Now I'm looking at 1600mm at max wack
V.1 was only 1000mm
Ooh
til this exists

<@&999464167864008795> t7?
depends, are you gonna get good glass for it or are you gonna settle for mid glass
sorry I don’t know anything what is glass
oh ok
what would you recommend?
i’m willing to pay a decent amount for something good
mainly looking at spotting aircraft that have just departed from about 1k feet max away
what size planes lol
preferably
i’m looking into it and i’m basically down to 75-300 or 70-300 but the 70-300 is sorta out of my budget but I could probably make it work
canon's 75-300 is shit
Get 70-300
75-300 is dooky, but would be a ok lens till you can afford a 70-300
I wish someone would hire me already so I can upgrade this dooky setup
should i get a 55-250 lens
kinda tired of switching from 18-55 to 75-300 back and forth
Nah I'd stick with the 70-300
Losing 50mm on the long end and only gaining 25 on the short end isn't a good trade
If you wanted a good middle ground lens I'd look for a 24-120 or a 28-135
There's not gonna be one "perfect" lens, switching is just part of the game
@glad juniper opinions?
you could do a lot better for 800 bucks
and the early generation evfs are kinda suck
and if you still want sony
https://www.mpb.com/en-us/product/sony-alpha-a7r-ii/sku-2010559
you can get a far better camera for around the same price
you'll still need glass, yes but its significantly better
Seems like win considering i het the lens too
yes and no?
210 isn't a lot of zoom
you'll still be cropping a ton just to fill the frame
litterally double the sensor size
also the ergo is better but idk if thats something you're caring about lol
Yeah true ig
tbh a7m3 would be better
Fr
i saw your story
a normal nd filter isn't strong enough
Hey, can anyone help me out I'm just starting to get into aircraft photography and I want to get a better lens any suggestions and also another tips
What lens do you have now, what types of aircraft are you photographing, what body do you have and what's your budget?
I am mainly shooting miltary jets I just have to the stock cannon lens forgot the name but I'll checks later and my budget is fairly low
Maybe around 200-300 aud
@glad juniper
Yeah ngl, you're not gonna be getting much for 300 bucks
I could go 500
Or 600
6-800 is about the range for a long tele like you'd want for mil
Sigma or tamron 150-600 should do it
The again I don't need I super long tele thr Mil base i go to you can get fairly close
how close is close?
About a good 10-20m
what lens do you have
and do you have any sample pics of what sorta results youre getting rn
I do have some sample picks I'll get them off it tonight
Rn I am getting ok results I just need a little more magnification to clear up my shots
And also I'm not new to photography just aircraft photography
@glad juniper what are the settings used to make the propellors look like they spinning fast?
Also how do i do long exposure
Ir are those the same
Idk
And then there's 1/1600,
lmao yeah
@glad juniper shooting a DC3 tmrw, wanna get the prop blur, is this good?
Uhhhh no
You're iso has no reason to be that high unless the sun has set lmao
Iso 100-200 will be fine
also be sure you can take good photos at 1/60
and at longer focal lengths as well
Is the Canon EOS 1500D a good camera? Anyone have one?
different in name only
Yos
Iso 3200
I have a canon recommendation a eos4000d rlly good camera
Dw I got an 800D back in December
Its a great camera
Would this photo get accepted by airliners.net?
Ignore the bloody discord compression
Also when I turn up the whites the lights on the plane goes red for some reason and when i turn up the blacks the plane goes blue for some reason i’m on photoshop on a brand new mac book air (highest spec)
These photos
Will they get accepted
Which ones will which won’t
As they stand, none of them
What’s the problem with it?
uncentered, soft, underexposed, lack of contrast, bad color, etc etc
you might be able to get away with it but probably not
Way too noisy, as well.
Wouldn’t say that I had ISO 100
They definitely look noisy
Depends on how old the sensor is
Camera was made in 2020
Addict
no the Af is far worse
any sony APS-C (apart from A5100) will have better AF than any FF that isn't an A7 III or higher
I'd still rather have the FF bonuses than an early 6X00 series camera tho
biggest issue is the EVF lag on the A6000 series, AF is already really nice paired with the Sigma 100-400
6400 and above have the 120hz EVF that improves a lot
Yeah but the new 6X00 series cams aren't cheap
You'd be better off getting an A7ii or an A7Rii
new kit time
@glad juniper Thinking about picking up a used Canon EOS 5D MKII, yah or nah?
although not ASPC
or
hmmmmmmm
Ok, I'm seriously considering this now
Yeah thats nice
absolutely mint'
Mhmm
Seriously addicted
I'm either gonna get a 70D or the current 70-300
Found deals on both on MPB just waiting for Black Friday 👀👀
If they do that
Not really, I've needed an upgrade for my edc zoom for a long while now
I've got a slow 35-105 and a mf 35-135
Now I've got a 24-120 f4 to replace both lenses
I can also throw it on film since it's a FX lens
And I'm getting an F5 for Christmas so I think it'll all work out lol
Lol
Mhmm
what camera do i get
ive currently got about £80 saved up
im gonna exchange about 90 euros i found
to £70
so im gonna have about £150
or should i save up
I mean you could get a few oem batteries for 150
Cameras? Not so much
Unless you're ok with a late 90s early 00s 6mp dslr
That's what I run
You can get one for 40$
And a 75-300mm for 70$
I'll find some images I've taken with that exact set up
@quasi summit
I can't find the one with the camera I think might have been sold, lemme get a link to the lens rq
is this good?
Yeah thats fine

@glad juniper just ordered the current 70-300
yoooo lets go
i got student discount
5% off
i too spent money today
Yay we can be broke together
DW I saved 18$
Turns out they accept any student email
i saved 15 bucks lol
lmao what u buy now
how many 50mm do you have
just 2
i expected 24
?
Behind the camera you are holding
oh
guess who just got a 50mm 💀
Pog
yooo lens comes early
the 50 or the 7-3
im gonna get my first camera on christmas so no more binocular photos
W
What the fuck this is huge
I got a free sticky note too
Where's your fuckin lens cap you monkey
💀
In my back pocket
I was just switching the lenses over then I realized how much bigger it actually is
I met the CEO of Dutch Bros yesterday, he has the new Sony a9iii
He was filming my sister's band concert
My partner just got me my Christmas present
They have ef to RF adapters
Yes
Cuz the guy selling it got a brand new 180600 for his z8. So he just gave it for a cheap price
@quasi summit help i accident deleted all the channels besides the forums
how do i get them back
My viewfinder is slightly blurry how do I properly clean it
All the pics come out fine but it’s the viewfinder and it’s annoying
did you fuck with the diopter on accident
yeah thats the diopter
Fuck with this little dial till the viewfinder is clear
It adjusts the focus of the actual screen so if you have glasses you can dial in your prescription and shoot without your glasses on
4 eyes smh
MAUS
THERE'S A FUCKING R10 SELLING FOR $405
with
Ef 50mm
Efs 55-250
Rfs 18-45
I gitta get this
OMG BUY BUY BUY
like now
fast
although it might be fucked for that cheap
well i did just buy a sony a600 with a 10-18 and a 55-210 for 150$ and its mint
well i didn't
my friend gave me money and i bought it from a plane spotter here
no batt tho
for him not me
im just the middle man
per usual
She says it got 20 on thr shutyer count which is hella low
Things is
Its auction
And theres a dude that consistently tops every offer
Like within a minute
It ends in 2 days
Im gonna one up him last minute
If not he'll just keep adding
Cuz nobody has bid after him yet
Its a $405 rn
auctions are a bitch
i got this canon 1000d from my grandad, was my nanas old camera, but how do i fix this
press menu
then can you send another pic
formatting it just means the camera formats the card to its liking
if go to menu -> yellow play button -> under one should be format or something like that
yeah
when i did it, with the first sd card i put it it said it couldn't format it
so i got a smaller one and it worked
huh intresting
55-250 is decent for spotting
i think the 1000d is apsc too
Yes it is
Haha i had that same problem when i was settin up my brand new T7
huh so it only lets you use micro sd?
that's weird
my friend is gonna sell me his for 100 bucks
Nope
you can also use normal SDXC cards
but if you have a micro
Then there’s a micro sd adapter
@glad juniper Could you help me find a good canon lens for my camera?
I’m looking between 400mm-600mm
I got the Canon Eos T3i
My current lens is a 55mm-250mm
100-400mm or 150-600
Elaborate on the following;
- What gear do you currently use (if any)
- In what ways is it holding you back
- What's your budget
- What do you want to shoot
- If you're asking about a particular cam, why this one specifically
there's a chance I'm gonna get my first ever camera tomorrow from my sister for christmas
so no more binoculars
I think your family might be a few days behind
yes they are but
they live a while away
f5 😊 🥰
Mhmm
I might need a new tele but I'm definitely gonna abuse this mf
Kinda thinking of replacing my 75-300 with the 70-300 ii usm
Omg it's so worth it
Do it
Like actually
It's amazing
i need help with focusing in low light
Okay, ill try that tomorrow
And are you using the view finder or the screen? Because sometimes if you use the viewfinder it will be a lot faster especially in low light
At least that's what I've found on my camera
If you have a newer camera with a screen as a view finder Idk if it'll change anything
It'll still be noticeable
View finder, idk even know how to use my screen for photos 💀
Don't forget cameras tend to suck in low light focusing regardless
Yeah
Little camera button with a red dot
80$ if anyone wants
300$
Need a big zoom lens for canon old lens is buggered
Anybody know if these are good for £350?
That's it?????
Bro that's 305usd
All that is worth 1200$ or more
It's a steal, but very well could be broken or a scam
What's your budget? And lens mount
ef?
or not ef
I mean it won't be great but it'll work
£500 budget Canon eos 800D is my camera
70-300 is a good one the current one tho, it's what I use, it you can find one a sigma 100-400 is good as well
I’d probably buy second hand or refurbished
Yeah same options really
Cheers
Maus will probably have more ideas
But I'd recommend the canon 70-300 and the sigma 100-400
Honestly I'd recommend the same lol
Cheers
my camera is arriving tomorrow
second hand canon eos 5d and a 75-300mm lens paying no more than £350
£350 altogether
but im gonna get to test it before i give him the money
I paid 70$

Yikes
What's better, canon EOS 5d or canon EOS 70d
not the mark iii
since it looks
s q u a r e
the camera in the pic is a mark 3
ohhh alr
alr
this should help
the battery grip is removable too
welcome to the club
get a nikkormat or F series camera next time tho
No I'm broke
nikkormats are cheap
the FT3s are a bit spendy but very nice
the nikon em's are also fairly cheap
the feature set is really simple but its a nice simple kit
small too
Whats a good tripod to use? Never used a tripod but i want to record some planes and my hands are hella shaky
I use nikon d5600 so something that works eith that
honestly really any of them

Okay
The addiction needs to be stopped
Mine was a $25 bimart special lmao
Yeah I really don't trust mine
Especially when I have the 300mm on
The tripod itself is sturdy but the mounting system is cheapo
It worked just fine
Sure it's broken in 4 spots and I just replaced it with a way nicer one but still
It was fine
No fuck you
And when I do it'll be with the film camera which is light
They were only 70 bucks, it wasn't that bad
30$ a roll of 36 exposures color is stupid
Is that 30 dev and scan?
Just get the negatives and a digital I think
Yeah thats not too bad tbh
I was looking at 20 a roll here
Then I got my scanner and I'm down to 10 for just dev
Sorry, 10.99
Ik someone that can do black and white for me but no color
Yeah same
How much is a film scanner?
It depends
Honestly between me and my 2 friends that shoot film it might be worth it
💀
But it was reclaim from odfw lmao
For all intents and purposes odfw and the state of Oregon threw out and destroyed the film scanner
Silly government
Goofy lil mans
Fr
Honestly all you need to do is Google film scanner and you'll find something lol
There are a lotta cheap Kodak ones that use a phone
Just keep in mind it probably won't be plug and play and you'll need drivers and software to run it
Yeah but then your limited to phone resolution
I'm fairly sure 20% of my computer storage is drivers 💀
only 22 mp but 135mb tiff output
Lmao
I still need to finish shooting a roll before I even think about developing shit
Also did I get totally scammed for 65$?
Nah not for a complete kit
75 for the body would be a bit much
And it'll teach you the basics of film and thats the important part
I paid 75 in total with a roll of ultramax
220$ I think
It did come with the lens I think
Also Eugene is trendy hippy town so everyone is trying to buy film cameras now
It means you'll actually have local places stock film
Oooo that's cheap
maybe i shoulda gotten a 2nd roll
they were almost out and the guy said they run out pretty fast
Locally portra 4 is 21
oof
Eh I don't shoot it so I don't buy it lol
Its a good stock that's for sure
Cheapish too
Or can be
My local Walgreens stocks um400 on occasion for 7.99 a roll
Kaden's Wallet: 📉 📉 📉
Vs my local camera shop stocks it for 15
I definitely don't
@fallen schooner let's continue here
@dawn turret What lens do you with it?
200-600
I can only afford to get a 70-300mm atm
Are the file sizes large considering the megapixels??
yeah it's pretty large considering I'm on my third hard drive already
how long have you had the camera for to get that many?
had it for over a year already
If it's the canon 70-300 I highly recommend it, and if you have an ASPC camera it's equivalent to 480mm while still maintaining amazing quality, it's the current lens I use
i found my dads film camera and went and bought some film, any tips for shooting film
Nice
depends, what camera and what stock are you shooting
camera is a nikon f65 and stock is some fuji colour 400
fantastic plastic
i don't really have many tips for shooting color tbh
just shoot it like normal really
the fuji stock has a bit of a green cast to it but that can mostly be fixed while scanning
the dynamic range will be much different from digital but really its mostly the same
lotta grain in the shadows, and your highlights will be blown out
alright
just shoot it like normal and you'll be fine
yep, thank you
Going to Heathrow with it tomorrow
i have no idea why it sounds like that, maybe cuz its in a case but idk
I shoot using raw and 6000x4000 but is there any way to make my resolution higher when I take photos? It’s a 24MP camera yet photos like this are only 14mp
nope
when you crop and export as jpg it can only save so many values
if you want a "higher resolution" file don't export as a jpg
export as a tiff or png
im wondering if i wasted my money buying this for 40$
I mean you kinda did since you bought a Canon
But 40 bucks for a body and lens is a reasonable deal
i Don'''t Love This Picuture!!! 11 😠how makke it bettr??// /s
This image was rejected from planespotters.net due to bad light which was odd, It said part of the plane was light but part wasn’t how do I edit this to get it accepted
I’m on Adobe light room btw
It said something about the sun btw
Psnet has some rule about "direct sun on plane" or whatever
And no there's nothing you can do about it
That’s kinda stupid
what camera and lens should i get for planespotting at around 1200aud? right now im looking at a nikon z50 with 50-250mm lens and was wondering if that is good
No no
Nikon boo
Canon yay
Jk jk
But depending on the spotting go for at least 300 mm
Idk much for Nikon that's Maus's job, but Ik canom
What website doesn’t have that
And would it be accepted on another site
Jet photos even?
over sharpened and blurry
