Advice on setting up turrets.

Any recommendations on how a turret setup should be? Fairly new.

What exactly are you looking for?

The wiring? Placement?

Power?

Shain link fences are helpfull

Double layer of chain link. Use chain link doors as well to access the turret when you need to

What would be the best choice of weapon to place?

Python, or bolty. If those arent available, any semi-auto weapon with high damage will work just fine. Python and bolt are considered the best, bolt does the most damage, pythons are fairly cheap to make, and output great damage.

Hm is very good to and if your raiding stick an m2 in it

Turret multiplier hurts it more than bolty/python. Better to have the hm/m2 in your hands rather than the turret.

Whenever I got enough I normally put one in raid base turret and M2s a beam hm ones go on the most important turrets when I have enough of them to I feel bolt is to slow only good for compound china etc

More "meta" raid bases are now including 3+ turrets instead of 1 or 2
