At this point it’s just getting too much. There comes a stage where players stop being patient because the same problems keep happening with no real improvement.

We were told performance and lag would not be as bad with the World 2.0 update, but honestly it feels almost the same, and in some situations even worse. FPS drops, stutters and freezes are still happening constantly, especially in fights or around built-up areas.

That is what makes it frustrating. Expectations were raised, but the actual experience did not match what players were hoping for.

At the very least, add an option for potato graphics. A lot of players would gladly sacrifice visuals for stable performance. Nobody is playing Rust Console for pretty graphics if the tradeoff is constant lag.

Give players the choice to prioritize FPS over appearance, because right now the performance issues are taking away from what makes the game enjoyable.

Mb bro its just frustrating i always have to go to unpopulated areas so my fps dont drop and its not a new problem its BEEN a thing and its just all servers none specific
