👋 Welcome to the discord, sorry if I've ever killed you!
Watching YouTube videos are absolutely nothing like the real thing I promise
Oh I guessed that ik i dont have near the skill. I like the building and farming and base stuff though.
If your play a high pop server you will die so many times while trying to progress you won’t want to play
I'll take that as a vote for "don't do it" 😂
If you buy it you MIGHT have fun for like the first 15-45 minutes while farming and putting down a base, and that’s if you don’t die and lose everything
Once you actually try running monuments there’s always a guy with a gun there either running it or you’ll just run into a guy on the way there
I honestly think you should go for it. Worst case scenario you have fun for a couple of hours. I started watching rust videos before getting it aswell and I would recommend it to anyone. You'll either love it or hate it, no inbetween
Alright we're all tied up lol. I don't think I'd be a good solo but I'd definitely try to carry my weight in a group.
I would definitely recommend playing solo though, thats the best way to understand the game and learn it, I wasn't good at first since I don't really play controller but I got better so dw about dying a lot at first
Is the naval update on Playstation? Ngl I'd love to be a pirate.
No, and it probably won't be here for a good while. Console is pretty much like 2 years behing pc update wise
Ahhh good to know. Well at least if I do play and enjoy it I'd have something to look forward to.
Yea, they are gonna add a bunch of stuff in the following months
I'd definitely get it, I have 1k hours in not even a year, addictive game
So, would I have more fun on a medium to low server? Because I'm actually ok with that.
That's crazy I can't remember the last time I put 1k in a game 😭
Yes
Just probably won’t have PvP
I'm cool with that if it means being able to kinda learn the game then dive in
Just find a PVE server so you can learn the game without dying all the time
That's a good idea
