Unfortunately, that’s just how the game runs on Xbox. I thought I had a bad series X cause the game stuttered and lagged so much. I bought a brand new series X, and the performance was only slightly better, so I returned it. Apparently the game runs better on PlayStation. The performance updates have done nothing for Xbox
