I understand, but the prime of Rust, where everyone was happy and played non-stop for fear of being raided, was with the old perspective. Everyone wants it to come back, and well, its movement is killing Rust on consoles. There's no point in getting closer to PC when your community is very happy.

buddy prime rust is what it is now, there’s no way you liked the potato graphics, the bass booted gun sounds, the choppy gameplay and having 15% of monument of what pc has 😂😂😂 you’re just being a nostalgia merchant and missed how you felt at that time playing not the game itself, the game is in the best place it’s ever been and they’re slowly rolling out performance update to make it more enjoyable, if you don’t like the game then stop playing it but you know you won’t 🤣🤣

What I'm taking away from this is that Rust's prime was before. If you look at all the TikToks, everyone's saying it. For the last two updates, you've been doing whatever you want, adding recoil even worse than on PC, even though PCs are keyboard and mouse only??? There's a problem, right? Because as far as I know, you're not allowed to do that on consoles. Anyway, and adding these movements... The community would have been thrilled just to have these new graphics with the old recoil and movement. Don't forget that Rust on consoles is different from PC, so don't try to replicate it; you're ruining the game.

never touched pc rust and it took me almost 2 days to actually get used to the new movement, it’s literally not a game breaking change either you just have to actually aim ur gun while fighting close range instead of swaying left to right hoping to hit the guy 😭

Rust out of all games shouldn't have side sprinting. It's a survival game.. not a fast paced fps. It should've never existed in the first place. You can still have good movement, however, now you will need to actually learn/try to have good movement. Positioning matters more now too. Only thing that is bad in this update is the holo..
