RustGuard tracks on Official and community servers, if a player is breaking D11's TOS, they will be caught, but if a community server wants to specifically ban a player for breaking rules, that is the business of the community owner, not D11

but i made a report earlier but its. not gon do anything bc hes only on community

fair enough, just do not refer to cheating or mentioning TPD, if you need to mention something, say D11's TOS is being violated, that will allow you to discuss and not get removed for it.
