I've recently received a ban i believe is a false ban. The only thing I can think of that triggerd it is my scuf valor pro controller. Its stock from bestbuy. If it is against tos to use it can I please have a yes or no conformation. I genuinely think others have had this issue recently but hard to get a response or clear answer. I appreciate any response. Game Ban FAQ

Am I banned?

  • If you can still play PTB but main branch has a big message saying your account is banned, then you're banned.
  • If there's no countdown displayed it's a permanent ban.

Why am I banned?

  • Discord Mods don't know exactly why as they don't work for D11.
  • You can get banned for a wide range of reasons.
  • Read the User Agreement & Code of Conduct from the Main Menu under Extras.
  • If you're desperate to know the reason, take it up with D11 here.

Surely this is a false ban, how do I appeal it?

  • Just because you don't know the reason for your ban, that doesn't automatically mean there isn't one.
  • Ban reasons displayed in-game might not match what you were banned for.
  • Your ban may be entirely unrelated to any warnings you have received.
  • Your ban may not be for something you did recently.
  • If the appeal button in game is greyed-out, you can't appeal.
  • All reports are manually reviewed by D11.
  • All bans are manually executed by D11 (outside of the anti-cheat).
  • There are no false bans.

What should I do now?

  • Go play another one of the thousands of games on your platform.

So then in your opinion would the triggers being able to be set to a "mouse click" style of function. manually stock on the controller via a physical switch on the controller cause it to be considered a violation of Tos. Cause I've never had any issue until recently I received the warning then the ban. Im perfectly okay with using a stock Microsoft controller just trying to figure out what is causing it.

He was banned more than once they did not reverse the ones after I was Kinda here for the whole argument with him in the beach

The devs debunked what he said too for those after yeah cause he hasnt hit perm yet. It goes warning, 3 day then permanent.
