Some Banned Players Can't be Unbanned?

I've decided to repeal bans for my servers and have run into an issue with the server console. Some players can't be unbanned. I have manually entered the unban command on the server console and the server responds with "User [PlayerName/IDHere] cannot be found." And their IDs still show up on the ban list in-game.

I have attempted to unban them through the in-game menu as well with no success. Is there a command I can use to completely wipe and reset my banlist? Both GPortal and Nitrado do not support direct access to server files. Or else I would have already edited the text file and cleared the names that way.

Any help would be appreciated.

Bans issued by D11 cannot be revoked.

I think hes talking about banning ppl on his community server. Or are you saying they also got banned by d11 and cant be unbanned in his server because of that.

Some of the bans on my servers are mistypes and not actual players. But essentially you are saying that if I ban a player and they get banned by D11 as well. They will remain on my banlist permanently?

Makes sense, either that or possibly those users have changed their names.

Yes. If D11 bans a user it's a game ban (Cannot access anything)

Your bans are only for your server and they can join other servers

But what about the mistypes? How do you clear the banlist of those? They're not actual players, yet they can't be removed and give the same message when you use the unban command.

@zinc salmon if it’s not banning anyone from your server why does it matter if it’s not cleared?
