golden l9 disappear

i bought the golden l9 skin when it first got released but i quit the game for a few months. when i come back the skin was gone out my inventory and i tried to email and get it back but got no response

no it’s the golden l9 skin i’m not sure when it was last in the shop but what i do know is it disappeared from my locker when i quit

It won't be a playstation issue, skins that are gotten from the in game store are linked to your rustworks account so your only chance of getting it back is to contact the devs which you've done so best to wait abit now.

The skin was for sale last week but as mentioned you bought it before that when it was on sale during the week of 15th September 2022.

During that week, you bought the Jade Dragon - Veteran skin on the 18th September 2022.

We have gone through every rust coin purchase and you're account correctly balances out, this tells us everything you have access to you have purchased and that there are no missing skins or coins etc.

i’m not sure what is happening because my tm8 who i used to play with even was confused cos i was the one who showed him the skin after i brought it
