A seed doesn't exist to make a flat map, you have to use commands

Be careful though as they were found by accident and may be removed by the devs but if you make the map before they're removed you should be fine

you just put a list of all the hidden map gen commands we've found

they dont have a value set to them though and will do nothing in boot commands
the list that josh sent changes all of the heightnoise to 0 effectively creating a flat map
