Clarification. NEEDED

Are Server owners allowed to charge real money for VIP, in game item/ packs?

There is no straight answer I can find and I've searched reddit, googled my fingers off.

I see where streamers are encouraged to make money and I would assume server owners would be no different especially since we pay monthly for the server.

But I want/need clarity please.

Making money off of the game servers is against TOS and has been frowned upon before

It should be absolutely a bannable offense in my opinion but they dont enforce it. Greedy server owners also in my opinion ruined what community servers coulda been.

Thats why I wont play them the only time you see them complain about server issues is not because they care about their players experience they only care that they aren't making money off people so its like get out of here with your complaints you're only mad you cant charge people

u can make bank lowk i ran a community server for a month a while ago and got it max pop then turned it p2w, made 100 off of 20 in a couple days
