I can confirm you still have access to the Arctic DLC on Rustworks, remember that DLC does not appear in the Locker.

If you're struggling to apply it to your hazmat, seeing as we have another ticket similar to this one, are you trying to apply it on a Community Server, or an Official one?

So when you try to skin your hazmat at a repair bench, the skin doesn't appear in your list of options? Could you provide a picture or video, if that's not too much trouble? I'll see if I can reproduce it on my end too.
