Server problems

My server won't show up on the community page on console rust x/s for Xbox i made a ticket they couldn't figure it out and said to contact you

That doesn't make sense in a way your renting a server from nitro or g portal

If its not starting or showing in the console you access it isn't on line then its on the provider

If it's brand new, it may take a little bit to appear on the listings.
Double check that it is on the correct branch (new gen or old gen)
Also, if you have a gradient colored name it will not be searchable unless you add your server name in a solid color somewhere.

Did your server come up yet ? Go to your game console, log into g portal make sure your set as owner

Make sure of your server id or name

It takes about 10 ish mins to start and run,

I cant remember the part you can see the packets or something its been too long I used to look at that to see if it was up, or server load 🤔
