Why is it that every time we update we need to download the entire game size even if its just a small bug fix wee need to update the entire game size can this not be changes

I’m pretty sure that on PlayStation you can pre-install updates, but you can keep playing the old version until the new one goes live for everyone.

Apex Legends gave players a preload option with the last season update.

not sure if ps is different but ive preinstalled updates from both ow and rust on xbox and still played until the actual update was oit

Yeah, PS doesn't get Rust pre-downloads for some reason. 🤷🏻‍♀️
