Keep new recoil with changes.

• The new recoil is perfectly fine.
  The only negative is the crouch meta.
  The whole crouching thing is completely unnecessary and is also what gives the cheaters an advantage due to them not needing to crouch which is what everyone is using as their excuse to get old recoil back.
  Major game changes that over half the community asked for should have to be reverted because of cheaters.

Obviously people are going to moan about new recoil if they spent time learning the old one, it's inevitable, but the new recoil takes an hour to get good at.
Whoever is moaning about the playing field being leveled, that is a completely idiotic argument.. "ugh people are good now the games harder" shutup.
The game was getting boring and needed a change and this was the change we needed.

D11, don't be scared by people saying the game will die if you add new recoil, they say this after every update, it's just how the rust community is. ffs people even said that cars killed rust. This exact same thing happened with PC rust, people complained for a little while after the recoil changed, and said the game will die, but the playerbase never changed, and people got on with it.

The only reason it seems like more people that dislike it is because the people who like it (most of the community) are having fun actually playing the game, while you have a few people who dislike it coming to discord to complain.

Basically, fix the crouch meta and everyone's problems are solved.

it doesn't take 1000 hours to control old recoil only took me 50 hours to be able to control it fine

You can learn recoil quickly but learning true game sense takes time, majority of players who were good at old recoil had no game sense, this way it actually forces you to think about how you play and take fights, which is closer to a survival game which rust is, not just a first person shooter

rust is barely a survival at this point and most people that were good at old recoil had good game sense

Majority didn’t, I was mid at old recoil on a good day, but could easily take those who were good because they had no idea what to do when someone knew how to position properly

Its definitely all about terrain and angles. Most people who shoot well just assume they can take anyone at any time and dont care for positions or tactics

Like I said, just straight delusional people in these posts i honestly don’t understand it. Everyone just tries to play this game as least skillful as possible. 😭 so it takes one hr to be better then half the player base and no one finds that as a problem?😂 klearly this guy was not a good player when it came to old recoil because before the recoil update it was easier to control and to have a dot spray I would say around 300-500hrs, you should have that achieved especially with how long this game has been out. Now that the recoil is harder and the aim cone is worse than Ak iron sights apparently now you can get good with even more harder recoil in just 1hr? Kan sum1 pls tell me how this makes sense?😭

I didn’t find the recoil that difficult compared to some games tbf. It makes no difference to me. I play solo so its all about positioning and choosing ya battles lol
