I'm not Weeping, I don't know his selection criteria for positions but I do know it's his choice and no one but him has say on it. I have always believed you have what it takes to be an exceptional Mod here, so do others, I personally feel this is a test for you.

Lurker could eventually be a Mod also but I feel he has to settle down a little first, basically there is more he needs to prove, he is very new to the discord and at times bites when instead should walk away
I think Lurker needs to be a contributor first, there is a lot to prove there

Same with anyone, I personally thrive in chaos, its tough for anyone to deal with an angry chat but I have worked in stressful industries all my life so I deal with stressful events differently to others
