Hi, I read the article but it doesn't seem to encompass my problem I had an original balance of around 7k credits spent around 2-3k and everything else disappeared i never seemed to have any extra credits the only skins I have purchased are desert cammo, low poly, medieval, scarlet embers, and game over sets all sets on the cheaper side. But my balance dropped to 0
So seeming still down over 4k the article doesn't hold up it wasn't even a reduction of 4k for my account it was well over that
