#Modular Vehicle Decay and Lift Access

I got on my community server today and built a garage with lifts.

I powered the lifts. Then parked the cars I built inside the building, on the lifts. And then I waited. After a couple minutes I noticed that the vehicles were damaged. So I repaired them. Only to see them decaying again not 2 minutes later. You can imagine my disappointment.

I had one of my players test the lift access as well. They do not have tool cupboard authorization and were able to both operate the vehicle lift and remove the code lock from the vehicle without having to enter a code.

I hope these issues get solved sooner rather than later. Because as of right now, there is almost no point in finding a vehicle, fixing it up, and customizing it. If it will decay and effectively despawn in 3 hours. It is unreasonable to expect players to be constantly paranoid about leaving their vehicle unattended in their base for a while.

It is also concerning that players are able to easily steal a vehicle simply by accessing the lift it is being stored on. All they have to do is get into to the garage. Access the lift. And hold the "Remove Lock" option for 3 seconds. And then they're in. No Tool Cupboard or Code required.

These issues make it almost pointless for any player to invest their time into a modular vehicle. Aside from the novelty of being able to drive it around for a while. Once they log off for the night. They can fully expect it to be gone in the morning just from decay alone.

I hope the development team can address this issue and put out a patch for it by the time the Cargo Container Skin DLC is released. It would definitely improve player quality of life.

TLDR: Modular Vehicles decay regardless of where they are stored. Even on lifts. And players can easily remove the code locks from the vehicle using the lift it is stored on. Without needing TC authorization or codes to the lock.
