- It seems with the last automated fix for rust coins they have missed a bunch of parameters for the fix. It was done simply based off purchase amounts, given amounts, spent coins and refunded coins.
- The issue with this approach is that it only considers people at that point. It doesn't seem like they used any dates in their approach. Only an overall.
- The issue this creates is users that didn't spend any money could be at 0 coins. Users that have spent money could get their coins taken away from them. This isn't fair in any means.
- The welcome pack putting people in the negative after this fix is known but shouldn't have happened.
- D11 should sort out their parameters with a fix based off date and money added to make it fair for everyone.
- They should also notify the mods about this situation instead of saying you spent money you should have had.
- Also the mods should not be locking post or deleting messages with this issue since it's monetary and not rule breaking.
- Users that have issues with coins should be able to talk to the devs and not be silenced or post deleted.
