Are you guys going to investigate the rust coin negatives because I have never refunded anything I had around 3k left from the pre order went to 8k after the glitch I bought the oni set for around 2k and the full metal for 810 so without even counting the glitched coins how am I negative idk if I accidentally went over in the glitched coins or what the coins were on our account for over 3 weeks hard to tell them from what you actually own I can provide screenshots of my purchases history if needed I had the deluxe free and bought the ultimate upgrade idk if that’s what messed it up or what I haven’t bought rust coins in at least a year

Ok your account has been looked into. You were given 2x4600 (Ultimate Coin Packs) and 2x1500(Welcome packs) when you shouldn't have been as per announement Pedro put out yesterday. Therefore 4600+1500 has been removed from your account.

Tbf I thought it was some sort of compensation (sorry) for disaster of the drop of new gen due to all the problems with free upgrades n having to buy the game again just to play

I only went negative after the double deluxe pack I don’t remember ever getting two welcome packs was it at the same time as the deluxe

Before the new rust came out I was around 60 coins the new rust came out I got deluxe and ultimate and if I spent a second welcome pack why is the coins -910 when a welcome pack is -1500 how is it on the player when our coins change daily I’m not trying to be rude but bro I have coins from paying for a preorder had to wait a week to actually get what I paid for get my coins oh my coins are doubled ok now magically I’m getting a second welcome pack how is this on me at all do we need to keep a spread sheet so we know the exact amount on our account because the balance in our account can clearly not be trusted you need to do a full blown math problem before you can buy a skin

Because if this second welcome pack falls around the same time as the deluxe double how does it not fall under the same problem
