So I logged in to my game today & I was greeted with a banned notice or warning for an explanation, to be frankly honest that’s a joke, never in my whole life playing game done anything for cheating or exploitation. So I’m wondering is this a glitch in the system or dev mistake sending these out.

Although I know a lot of people who have never cheated or exploited who got a ban and got told to deal with it. Also I know a lot of people who spend money on rust coins and never received them. This game robbing the players

If they purchased rc that’s a platform store issue, nothing to do with D11, if you’re contacting d11 support for that then there’s a reason they haven’t responded, it’s not in there perview, and as for “false ban” there’s no such thing as a false ban, every player report is checked by multiple people before being finalised, there has to be sufficient evidence to prove they broke TOS, the number of people who claim false bans is wild

@eternal void thank you for the link to for the support request, to be honest never thought I would be warned by a game developer for just playing the game as it supposed to be played but for some strange reason I closed the game re logged so I couldn’t take a picture & nothing came up so the banned notice I received must of glitch then?
