Add symmetry and auto upgrade make a builder server for building

There should be a build server that players can build on with symmetry and auto upgrade. There should be a build server like the pc builders sanctuary. I build big bases and small bases and I have to waste so much time building every piece by piece that it takes hours to make bases.
