I'm guessing the reason is the free upgrade for PS5 users was the standard edition. Even though we had deluxe or ultimate on the ps4 we only got the standard as an upgrade. So we're lock out of ptb

I tried to get my money back. And Sony says you need to contact the developers of the game because they manage their games in the store. And I couldn't get my money back because the game was already downloaded. 😅

I originally preordered the ultimate edition but my ps5 version is reflecting that I have the base edition now

That will remain, you should have all entitlements, however for all old gen to new gen upgraders the version will show as 'Standardf Edition' this doesn't affect gameplay at all.
