I got a warning for exploiting a bug or glitch and I would like a dev to tell me what I might have done so I don’t do it again I don’t want to be banned cause I love this game and want to play wipe can you guys also so us what bug we might have used so we ain’t got to be scared

Am I banned?

• If you can still play PTB but main branch has a big message saying your account is banned, then you're banned.
• If there's no countdown displayed it's a permanent ban.

Why am I banned?

• Discord Mods don't know exactly why as they don't work for D11.
• You can get banned for a wide range of reasons.
• Read the User Agreement & Code of Conduct from the Main Menu under Extras.
• If you're desperate to know the reason, take it up with D11 here.

Surely this is a false ban, how do I appeal it?

• Just because you don't know the reason for your ban, that doesn't automatically mean there isn't one.
• If the appeal button in game is greyed-out, you can't appeal.
• All reports are manually reviewed by D11.
• All bans are manually executed by D11.
• There are no false bans.

What should I do now?

• Go play another one of the thousands of games on your platform.

You received a warning for using exploits, not a ban. Take it and move on.

As the warning clearly states, using exploits or glitches, like the homing launcher one or many others, how much clearer can that be.

You receved a warning as did everyone else, take the warning and move on.
