Rust+ is indeed developed by face punch. Look it up lol. Also, there are items in game on PC that directly link to the Rust plus app (smart switches & smart alarms). This could only be possible if facepunch had a hand in or directly developed Rust plus themselves

A player developed Rust Plus; FP officially support it for PC, and possibly purchased it, but that info is not public.
