Have you got them set on Peacekeeper mode?
That's probably your issue.

Somehow they got authorisation or they’re misplaced or no bullets or gun

Youd have to show your placements for us to tell you whats wrong with them if they all have red lasers on and a gun and ammo in its likely your placements are in wrong place or they have got auth to an outer tc and authorised to the turrets under that side of your base if thats the case place more outer tcs down on the outside of your compound
