PVE Servers need 
Un lootable player bodies (wen player falls asleep/disconnects) The mechanic is already in game, like a safe zones (Outpost). On Custom zones- PVP enabled areas, should disable this feature, player body's must be lootable.
Owner/Admin- should be able access player body's everywhere.
Limit Access to boxes, fridge, composters, and so on. Mechanism how Lanterns work, can take out low grade of them only if you have TC access. So only if you have TC access you can access you're team mates boxes.
Would limit problems of people steeling stuff. (I know people could just lock their boxes, but people are people)
On Custom zones- PVB enabled areas, should disable this feature, boxes and so on must be lootable. (That server owners/admins still can build Radiable bases, and people can loot the base content)
Owner/Admin- should be able access boxes everywhere.
Code lockable Horses, when player claims a horse only the player can use it and kill it (saddle bags not aces able). Big problem of people stealing horses and killing other player horses on PVE servers !!!
Owner/Admin only can kill horses with Entity delete tool.
Attack Helicopter shot down wreck flames do damage to player entity's, that should be turned off. (Lets say neighbor takes Heli, and crashes it on other you're base, and its wooden it will burn down)
Attack Helicopter/ Bradley APC, when destroyed, should put an automated PVP- enabled PVB-disabled Custom zone. (an option to enable it or disable it). Zone size at least 150. When the wreck DE spawns the zone disables.
Chinook Hackable crates- When crate gets dropped. Should put an automated PVP- enabled PVB-disabled Custom zone. (an option to enable it or disable it). Zone size at least 150. The zone disables when crate is fully looted, or it DE spawns)
On Admin spawned locked crates (whit a command) the zone do not appear. Oil rigs/Cargo ship is not affected.
Radiable bases- Ability to build a base with loot, and copy it. then spawn it at any location. Or bring this feature in same like on PC. Adapt some plugins.
