I've been running 65 on X & 75 on Y with 200 boost, tried lower sens since I felt like my aim was going everywhere. For gun recoil patterns I'm a little confused with how it works compared to othe games, in fps games you just hold the right stick down but for rust? Am I suppose to follow the pattern or hold it down?

Shoot at a stone wall and don't control it, if it's with an AK you'll see an S pattern, learn to do the reverse of that s pattern.
Same goes with every other gun, shoot at a wall, look at the pattern and do the opposite of it. Just keep doing that and eventually you'll start to get it.

No, that would only be a thing if we had pc recoil, which we don't. You need to do the reverse of the pattern you see on the wall, it's the best thing i can think of.

I use 90 x and 85 y 0 boost
Aim i use 35 aim and 1x 35 4x 50
The rest is just personal preference

You just gotta keep shooting at walls, you'll eventually start to understand the pattern. It will take time, people have spent hundreds/thousands of hours perfecting the recoil.
Aim training will also help a lot. No point having good recoil control when you can't aim.
