You can suggest a recoil change without breaking this rule. However the devs have said repeatedly that they do not intent to change it and want to remain distinct from PC.

Further on that point, plenty of games use recoil patterns, it’s the standard.

Apex is the first one that jumps to mind. I haven’t played in years and I reckon I could pick it up and still shoot an R99 perfectly straight.

i get most the guns on rce but the ak i dont think anything comes close to the horrible pattern it has

The AK pattern on RCE now is very close to what PC used to have. I remember how perfect Wally1K had it down before the change. Broke his heart when they changed it.

im the other way around the recoil change in 2017 ruined the game for me on pc imo

i feel the newer recoil was better implemented then when what we have now was first brought to pc it wasnt tested by the players and helks tweet about it was abit twatty to put it politely

i feel the ak is the trigger for most people wanting the change but i feel when pc got the change people dont look at the weapon balance that was also included into it

but then i feel like its become more so with new gen imo the ak feels terrible now for some reason

i understand people can perfect it but im not wally1k in both i dont have enough time to play the game that much, and im not really that good at rust. I was just saying its incredibly hard for someone who is new to the game to use guns like the ak
