#PS4-PS5 ultimate edition not carrying over

I bought the ultimate edition on the ps4 version but yesterday when I went to go download the ultimate version for the ps5 version it said I could only download the base game. I then thought okay well maybe it will give me the skins and my rc coins when I load in. However there was nothing there. So am I mistaken on that my ps4 ultimate edition was supposed to carry over to the ps5 ultimate edition or am I supposed to have it and it’s just not working?
