Any time I turn my head (LB) with an item in my hand, the item disappears . I basically can’t even play the game until they fix this. I’m on Xbox series S and it happened on every server I joined. Including official.

Pause > control layout then "swap special action with whatever button it says to press (for me triangle on ps5) you'll see it change on the lb on the controller image to head look

Its always quick drop as default on old version you must have changed it when you started playing and you got so used to it that you forgot you had to change it in settings because the new gen is a whole new app your settings for controller haven't carried you might want to re do all your settings like sensitivity etc also
