Ultimate ps5

I preordered ultimate version of rust back on ps4 before it even came out. I tried restarting my game, deleting old gen rust, ps app method (which still says full price), ive went in the actual ps store and still says full price. I still dont have any of the ultimate bonuses plus the 500 rust coins. Do i just deal with not getting what i spent $80 on??
