That gun is way to op in pc, I feel like we don’t need that gun for in console to be buffed to be honest unless it’s a minor buff where its better that all the shotguns

There's just no reason to want to use an m4 right now, it has the same pellet spread as a spas

It just doesn't do anything differently then a spas when the whole point of the shotgun is to be a longer range counterpart, imo they should just half the pellet spread and call it that

Definitely not as strong as PC I agree, which I why I say they should about halve the pellet spread, cause on PC m4 has a literal dot spread

Well in that case I fully agree with you, the gun basically has no point in being in the game or be that rare and so bad, I would take a db over it

I agree with buffing it as it is the rarest gun in rust and although I do think it is better than spaz if it is advertised as long range it should be significantly longer range than a pump

Honestly although I definitely agree with the change it probably would make much of a difference in the game either way you’ll barely see it

It would actually make it a viable gun for raids or base defense

I was using it to defend a raid and hit the raider 3 times with it and he was left at 2 Hp, I ended up dying
