Perma ban or even IP ban for launcher glitch. Shouldn’t be a thing to begin with.

This has to be the worst release of a game in history. Not only do PlayStation players have to pay $90AUS out of their pocket to play but when we do, some kid uses a launcher glitch to raid you anyway. And the best you can do is “we’ll have a look at it on Monday” that’s god awful service to your player base. I understand you need time off and a weekend but you can’t leave the game in this state it’s absolutely madness and I’d rather you spit in my face it’ll be less disrespectful honestly. I’ve been loyal for so long, brought people into the game that didn’t think they’d like it and I’ve brushed off so many L’s cause of bugs or exploits. I was there at the start when you couldn’t even craft gunpowder. But this is something else. Just put the fries in the baaaggggggg mate

They are actively deciding to exploit a bug/glitch that gives them an unfair advantage. That's an indisputable breach of the ToS, and a bannable offence. So yes, they should be banned.
Nobody repeatedly fires homing missiles into base by mistake. They know exactly what they are doing
