Next gen purchase glitched

I’m trying to upgrade from standard to deluxe on Xbox and I’ve had the standard edition a long time but no discount shows in store?
I’m not game sharing it from someone else i own standard. Advise please?

U should just be able to upgrade for free to the base version of next gen

@next grail for disk users it doesn't show the discount to upgrade to deluxe is should be 6 but it still says 40

I no within the case there should be a code to upgrade the disk version if u ain’t got it then ur gonna have to pay full price idk why they did it like that but that’s how it is.

Because d11 made another garbage decision not to fix it in spite of saying all disk users would get the free upgrade
