Am I banned?

• If PTB still works and Rustworks is up in #🔧game-status then you’ve been banned.
• If there's no countdown displayed it's a permanent ban.

Why am I banned?

• Discord Mods don't know exactly why as they don't work for D11.
• You can get banned for a wide range of reasons.
• Read the User Agreement & Code of Conduct from the Main Menu under Extras.
• If you're desperate to know the reason, take it up with D11 here.

Surely this is a false ban, how do I appeal it?

• There are no false bans.
• If there's no appeal button in game, you can't appeal.
• All reports are manually reviewed by D11.
• All bans are manually executed by D11.

What should I do now?

I'm having the exact same issue, It's been over a month and I cannot play the game. I don't cheat at all (IM TRASH) and I am banned.

I don't use the in game voice chat at all n played the April monthly wipe just fine, but now all of a sudden I cannot play And I am entirely confused for what I did.

Also i've submitted an email on this issue on the 28th of april and I have yet to receive a message back.
