How come I bought rust on disk for ps4 and it never came with a code for the tool pack?
Lots of other ps4/ps5 users I've heard from have also never received a code from disk case.

Xbox users got the code when they bought the game but not ps4 users?

Yes they do, its just that theres more leftover codes on xbox than ps since theres a limited amount

And if there was no code it means it was used before you bought the game or you lost it

Every day 1 edition came with a futuristic skin code regardless of you playing on xb or ps
