I host a server and one person who is fighting has god mode, they dont take damage if people shoot or hit him but if he shoot himself with fire rounds or explo rounds then they will take damage to themselves

is there a glitch that gives people god mode? or some sort of invincibility towards other players? as this guy isnt a Owner or A Admin, nor a Mod, he just a VIP on the server

Yes there is some glitches since the update with this and PvP/PvE settings.
