My in game name is complxe-_- and I’ve been told that I have been console banned and I’m unsure of the reason as well as how long for, I have emailed the D11 support team but still not heard of an answer back

Game Ban FAQ

Am I banned?

  • If PTB still works and Rustworks is up in #🔧game-status then you’ve been banned.
  • If there's no countdown displayed it's a permanent ban.

Why am I banned?

  • Discord Mods don't know exactly why as they don't work for D11.
  • You can get banned for a wide range of reasons.
  • Read the User Agreement & Code of Conduct from the Main Menu under Extras.
  • If you're desperate to know the reason, take it up with D11 here.

Surely this is a false ban, how do I appeal it?

  • There are no false bans.
  • If there's no appeal button in game, you can't appeal.
  • All reports are manually reviewed by D11.
  • All bans are manually executed by D11.

What should I do now?

  • Go play another one of the thousands of games on your platform.
