Favourited - hangs

I've had this bug for a couple if
Days now on Xbox x series, where if I go to favourited the game just hangs, I can load the servers via either community or official but not use this area at all.

Clearing your saved data would probably fix this just know that Clearing it would delete all your favourite/history servers and your setting

How do I clear saved data ?

I found it deleted it and it still hangs when going into favourited
