if your base is already built your best bets to make externals for it but it'd be best to get the foundations for that down after you got all the foundations set so no mistakes are made
autocorrect got to love it
Best way in my opinion to work on peaks and roof and stuff is wide gaps. They’re simple and effective, If you’re an experienced builder you can also make smaller gaps or extend the wide gaps around the base with multiple externals as well as making a China wall attached to the gatehouses. I don’t know how big your base is but here is an example of one of mine’s:
@manic ember sure that’s yours
Got ideas from YouTube
Nah I got ideas from rom 13
@manic ember he’s a bad builder he’s just window spam and copies bases
He’s making good footprints tho
Sometimes
I think this one’s good
His footprints are mostly for the pc type meta with a lot of window spam
With a couple changes ofc
Ok will keep that in mind thanks
If your looking for some console ideas look at hyrontiktok or something
But a lot of console builders are getting into the pc meta
Mostly using 5x5s or 4x4s
I don’t like square bases bigger than 2x2
Why the shop fronts? Saw a couple YouTubers use them too but what do they do? A window does the job doesn’t it?
That isn’t bad but I would work on the compound a bit more
The shopfronts give you a type of way to look at people before you use your peaks
And it can also act as a wall for f1 peak downs
Ahh okay
The compound was rushed I was gunna do a china wall but i didn’t have time
Compounds are better I think but I just have too much fun building China walls lol
Don’t get me wrong china walls give you a lot more respawn and more peaks but sometimes they are harder to build up and get resources for them so I just stick to a compound wirh a lot of peaks
Good point
@manic ember are you in the building bulletin dc
No
Ok hold on I’ll inv you it’s basically the build dc for pc and console
