Hello, I would suggest taking this up with the management of ZenLabs first, if the issue is still not resolved and you feel you are being extorted than contact D11 here: https://rustconsolesupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and explain the situation but I need to stress this, unless you have actual proof of a crime (in this case theft) taking place, there is not much that D11 can do.

Just would like to point out. We have set specific rules in our server to stop people advertising in our servers. And these are one of the users who have been caught out to be breaking them rules from what I am aware of.

I didn’t promote a server I just dm my friends to join up and try it out 🤦‍♂️

I followed the rules I didn’t promote it in zenlabs or zenlabs groups just DMs with my mates I play with

Again, you will have to convince the management of ZenLabs about your actions, it's obvious they feel you have breached their rules, my advice is you take this problem to their management/admins and work the situation out there, if it's a misunderstanding or a breach, the final decision is made by ZenLabs, not RCE discord or D11

From what I have been shown and told is you did not send it to a friend and deliberately server advertised. Also doing this to a RCE Discord moderator probably isn't the brightest idea.

Hello! You were caught in direct violation of several rules and given many warning and mutes before it just became to much, just because you donated towards to server doesn’t exempt you from following the direct and readily available rules that you agreed to follow when you join the server.

I agree. Mediation was tried during the many times he was warned to follow the rules, but you can only warn someone so many times before a ban comes into question. As it would with any community server no matter what.

I did nothing got a warning for something and stop straight away then like 15 minutes after joining a new server in perm banned make a ticket on my alt and ask why and it’s for server adverting where I only dm my mates to join like what I’m confused

It has nothing to do with RCE discord or D11, but the problem is now resolved so this was a good outcome
