Game Ban FAQ

Am I banned?

  • If PTB still works and Rustworks is up in #🔧game-status then you’ve been banned.
  • If there's no countdown displayed it's a permanent ban.

Why am I banned?

  • Discord Mods don't know exactly why as they don't work for D11.
  • You can get banned for a wide range of reasons.
  • Read the User Agreement & Code of Conduct from the Main Menu under Extras.

Surely this is a false ban, how do I appeal it?

  • There are no false bans.
  • There are no ban appeals.
  • All reports are manually reviewed by D11.
  • All bans are manually executed by D11.

What should I do now?

  • Go play another one of the thousands of games on your platform.

I like how y’all always dismiss it as a ban but it’s a common bug that can be fixed by A. Clearing game saved data or B. Hard restart your console. Not reset.

Outside of actual Rustwork issues, it's not a common bug, restart is suggested but 95% of the people commenting on here if they can access PTB but not Main with No Rustworks, it's a Console Ban

considering i wrote the common checklist for a check, if my steps are followed and you still have Rustworks, it's a ban, clearing game saved data is silly for No Rustworks as that has literally 0 affect on Rustworks

You say restart. They hear press the button and press it again. Which isn’t a hard restart. And again it’s happened to me countless times
