Hm that is quite strange, well a dev will see this thread in due time and they will aim to fix it

But I have zero clue why that happened

The server's are a entirely different issue which the devs are working to fix just give them time.

He can't of done that though i mean only he was online in his team unless someone outside of his team had tc auth and did it.

Yes I know that but only someone with tc auth on both tcs can connect them so unless a random is authorised on his tc it doesn't make sense to as how it happened

Does the tc immediately get removed or does it happen abit after? Because I thought 1 of the tc get removed immediately after connecting them.

no I have had 5tc’s on a single base but you can’t have them connected
