this issues has been ongoing for 6 weeks and has not been resolved basically when some ones leaves the server they die server is lasagna pve 2x

This happens on official building server as to keep performance high, is it possible you have a building server setting on hiding away somewhere?

i do have the building server starting kit the cloths building plan and what not

That might be the cause, try and disable it and see if it still happens.
