Do u think they work for sony? They have no saying in the psn servers being down they probably know as much as we do, absolutely nothing cause sony has been quiet

None of the servers are down, the Sony PSN Network is down. this has nothing to do with D11 or the game and is outside of their control.
You will just have to wait for Sony to resolve the issue.
